Control and maintain the spare parts operations.
Cooperate and participate in activities according to the company policy.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Control and monitor spare part receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory count.
Control and monitor procurement notifications for spare parts to maintain inventory reserves.
Maintain and improve the process of data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
Participate in safety, and 5S activities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
From 1 to 5 years of experience in sparepart engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
Good interpersonal skills; and a good command of English.
Proficiency in maintenance management processes and SAP training.
