Về công việc
Trách nhiệm chính
- Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness of all Spa facilities, including swimming pools, wet facilities, indoor changing areas, and outdoor areas.
- Manage and control all Spa linen according to operational procedures.
- Perform monthly stock checks of cleaning materials and advise the Assistant Manager on reordering needs.
- Monitor and report any maintenance, repairs, or defects in equipment or fixtures.
- Provide guests with personal amenities and attend to their needs regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with the installation, removal, and arrangement of equipment and furniture for daily operations and special events.
- Strictly adhere to the Employee Handbook and hotel policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, and health.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
- Adapt to changes in Spa operations and attend required training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education level: High School or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Well-groomed personal appearance.
- Fluent in Vietnamese (verbal and written) with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Vocational School Certificate in Hospitality.
- Fluency in English.
