Design solutions for system and shared components used across multiple teams and squads.
Ensure alignment with overarching architecture and organisational objectives.
Develop guidelines and standards covering development, programming, collaboration flows, branching models, and APIs.
Ensure solution standards address performance, security, fault tolerance, scalability, and integration.
Collaborate with Business, Technical, Operations, and other stakeholders to define solutions.
Evaluate technical options, including database approaches, and select appropriate solutions based on timeline and quality.
Supervise and support technical teams when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 7 years of experience in solution development, IT system deployment, and integration.
At least 5 years of experience within the financial and banking sector.
At least 5 years of experience in IT solution design and developing comprehensive solution architecture documentation.
At least 5 years of experience applying microservices design principles, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
Successfully led and completed the go‑live of at least one IT system development project as a Solution Architect.
Experience with Spring Boot, Oracle RDB, Spring Batch, Maven, NPM, and JIRA.
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with Selenium and JMeter.
Strong experience within the Java technology domain.
