- Support the implementation of services for small business and household customers, ensuring quality and compliance with partner regulations.
- Provide transaction support: update regulations and processes, resolve customer requests within authority, and maintain accuracy of work.
- Assist customers with product and service information, clarify details, and support engagement with assigned products.
- Ensure product and service quality: meet SLAs, update product information, handle complaints, and recommend improvements to relevant departments.
- Manage compliance and risk: adhere to policies, procedures, regulations, and protect information security and confidentiality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher (preferably in Banking, Economics, etc.)
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in sales, market development, card opening, account opening, and payment applications (E-wallet: Momo, VNPay).
