Trách nhiệm chính
- Support the implementation of services and ensure quality for small business customers.
- Provide transaction support, including resolving customer requests within authority and ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in customer engagement by providing information on products and services.
- Ensure product and service quality by maintaining SLAs, updating information on products, processes, and marketing programs.
- Manage operational compliance and risk, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, regulations, and partner instructions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher (preferably in Banking, Economics, or related fields).
- Experience in sales, market development, card opening, and account opening.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience with payment applications such as Momo and VNPay.
- Knowledge of partner regulations and compliance requirements.
