Trách nhiệm chính
- Support the implementation of providing services and ensuring the quality of services for small business customers.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of information according to the partner's regulations.
- Support solutions while enhancing customer engagement with the customer's products and services to bring the best service experience.
- Ensure strict compliance and minimize risks according to the partner's requirements.
- Provide services to customers quickly and efficiently.
- Update regulations, customer service processes and partner instructions regularly.
- Resolve customer requests within authority and ensure accuracy of work performed.
- Collect customer feedback on products, processes, services, and policies to recommend improvements.
- Clarify product and service information for customers as needed.
- Provide information on related products and services within the assigned scope.
- Ensure tasks are accurate, complete, fast, and timely, meeting SLAs and service quality standards.
- Fully comply with service quality standards and customer regulations for each period.
- Update information on products, processes, regulations, marketing programs, new supply campaigns, and partner instructions to provide the best service.
- Receive and resolve requests and complaints in accordance with customer regulations.
- Recommend improvements to product, process, and policy issues to relevant departments.
- Ensure work follows policies, procedures, regulations, and partner instructions.
- Ensure compliance with partner procedures, regulations, and laws.
- Manage legal and operational risks for assigned customers per regulations and instructions.
- Comply with information security and confidentiality regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or higher (graduated in Banking, Economics, etc.)
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in sales, market development, card opening, account opening, payment applications (E-wallet: Momo, VNPay) is an advantage.
