Support the implementation of services for small business customers, ensuring quality and compliance with partner regulations.
Provide transaction support by delivering services quickly, updating regulations, resolving customer requests, and ensuring accuracy of work.
Gather customer feedback on products, processes, and policies to recommend improvements to policy departments.
Assist customers by clarifying product and service information and providing related product details within assigned scope.
Maintain product and service quality by meeting SLAs, updating information on products and marketing programs, and resolving complaints.
Ensure operational compliance and risk management by following policies, procedures, and laws, and managing legal and operational risks.
Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.
