Trách nhiệm chính
- Gather business requirements and create clear functional/technical specifications, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams (SRS).
- Assess system dependencies, feasibility, and architecture impact for new features and system enhancements.
- Act as the core communication bridge between business stakeholders, dev teams, and project managers.
- Assist in test planning, guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve functional defects.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in functional documentation, business process flows, and system requirements.
- Good grasp of system integration and interface concepts (experience with data migrations or multi-system environments is a plus).
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Domain background in Transportation, Railway, or Industrial IoT systems.
Mức lương
- Salary: Up to 60,000,000₫ per month.
