Senior Risk Management Consultant (IRM / TPRM)

Trách nhiệm chính

• Facilitate workshops with business, risk, compliance, procurement, vendor management, and technology stakeholders.
• Analyze existing operational risk and third‑party risk management processes, policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and define future‑state operating models.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide expertise across Operational Risk Management and Third‑Party Risk Management domains.
• Advise stakeholders on risk taxonomy, risk and control libraries, RCSA, KRIs, risk assessments, issue management, and remediation activities.
• Support end‑to‑end third‑party risk management processes, including due diligence, onboarding, risk assessment, monitoring, reassessment, and offboarding.
• Review risk models, questionnaires, policies, controls, and governance frameworks to align with target solution designs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, ServiceNow consultants, integration specialists, and project teams throughout delivery.
• Define requirements for workflows, risk scoring methodologies, assessments, reports, dashboards, and approvals.
• Support data migration activities and validate risk, control, assessment, and third‑party data.
• Participate in solution demos, testing, UAT, training, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Manage requirement traceability and support project governance by identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in risk management, governance, banking transformation, consulting, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management and Third‑Party Risk Management practices.
• Experience engaging with senior business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business processes and policies into practical functional requirements and solution designs.
• Experience with risk assessments, controls, KRIs, issue management, remediation tracking, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Understanding of governance, internal controls, and regulatory expectations within financial services.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, documentation, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and technical delivery teams.

• Experience working for banks, financial institutions, or financial services organizations.
• Background in risk, compliance, procurement, vendor risk, or governance transformation projects.
• Exposure to ServiceNow IRM, ServiceNow TPRM, or other enterprise GRC platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and user stories.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, testing, and business‑user training.
• Professional certifications in risk management, governance, audit, compliance, or third‑party risk management.
