Trách nhiệm chính
- Assist in gathering, analyzing business and data requirements to arrive at comprehensive solutions.
- Explore company systems, data platforms, and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information to internal stakeholders and the team.
- Join discussions and meetings with business, operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Assist senior members in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed data requirement specifications.
- Document all data mappings between multiple sources in predefined templates.
- Evaluate requirements for data gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and build translation models for the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Support planning, preparation, translation, and execution of data sourcing, transformation, and migrations between enterprise platforms.
- Support system testing and create data catalogue and data dictionary.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Banking and Finance or relevant fields.
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst.
- Experience in writing SQL queries and using data visualization techniques and tools.
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting.
- Experience with Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a big plus.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
