- Identify opportunities for process improvement within time management processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and collaborate with supervisors and managers of each section to support projects and meet milestone activities.
- Maintain data in SAP and support other teams with standard time issues.
- Operate adherence to industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to time management.
- Support regular compliance audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Support capturing time and preparing time sheet study for standard time recording data.
- Gather, analyse, and maintain accurate time-related data for projects or special assignments and deliver results on time.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability through regular audits and verification processes.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for time management processes.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in manufacturing business, standard time creation or jewelry industry, and data analysis; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; familiarity with time tracking software and tools (Time study, Motion study, SAP, DynamicAX2012, ERPs FlexPLM); analytical mindset with problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
