Design and animate maps and location-based graphics for travel videos, including routes, zoom-ins, transitions, pins, and location callouts.
Develop motion direction from end-to-end, from creative concept to final output.
Design and produce broader 2D/3D motion graphics, including titles, infographics, transitions, callouts, and end cards.
Manage timing, rhythm, and composition to deliver visually distinctive motion that serves the story.
Provide art direction to establish and maintain a consistent visual style across the channel.
Control quality of animation and visual consistency, ensuring standards for resolution, frame rate, codec, color, and format are met.
Own assigned deliverables from brief to delivery, coordinating with Producers and Editors.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
Advanced experience with GEOlayers or similar map/geo-animation plugins in After Effects.
Fluent English proficiency with exceptional verbal and listening skills.
Proven art direction experience with the ability to define visual styles and translate creative concepts.
Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
Experience with long-form, documentary-style food, culture, and lifestyle content on YouTube or digital media.
Proactive, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines with strong communication skills.
