Proactively identify, target and acquire new clients through prospecting activities, networking, referrals, cold calling, social selling and other business development initiatives.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation and deal closure, ensuring achievement of assigned revenue targets.
Develop and execute an individual business development plan aligned with the country growth strategy and annual revenue objectives.
Build, maintain and actively manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring sufficient prospect coverage and opportunity conversion to meet growth targets.
Drive market penetration and new business opportunities through continuous market mapping, client research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with Head of Growth and internal stakeholders to align sales priorities, maximize opportunity conversion and support strategic growth initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including broking, consulting and client service teams, to develop competitive and differentiated client solutions.
Leverage Aon sales methodologies, Revenue Engine processes and marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve sales effectiveness.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting, providing regular updates on sales activities, opportunity status and expected revenue.
Deliver agreed sales KPIs, including new business revenue, prospect meetings, sales calls, proposal submissions and other growth metrics.
Lead or support strategic pursuits for large and complex accounts, working with relevant subject matter experts to secure new business wins.
