Ensure timely, accurate, and uniform preparation of periodic and irregular reports for the State Bank, relevant agencies, and domestic/foreign partners.
Lead the implementation of the Basel II project according to the State Bank's roadmap.
Oversee team management, including talent attraction, goal setting (KPIs/KRAs), performance reviews, and professional development.
Develop and manage the unit's budget and operational plans.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and service quality commitments (SLAs).
Develop and maintain instructions and procedures for reporting and inter-departmental cooperation.
Act as the focal point for accounting, taxation, and operational safety indicators, ensuring capital adequacy and risk compliance on the CAR Engine System.
Coordinate with the State Bank Inspectorate and other audit bodies to provide required information.
Serve as the project lead for statistical reporting system upgrades, automation, and bank-wide transformation initiatives.
Provide data support to internal units and external partners as approved.

Possession of a Master's degree or professional certificates such as ACCA, CPA, or FRM.
Specialized training in finance, accounting, or data management and analysis.
