• Lead and teach undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Academic Level C.
• Design and review curriculum and assessments while leading course coordination and moderation.
• Provide academic leadership by mentoring colleagues and contributing to program development and review.
• Conduct high-quality, nationally recognized research and secure external research funding.
• Supervise higher degree by research (HDR) candidates.
• Build and sustain productive networks with industry, government, and professional bodies.
• Contribute to university governance, committees, and strategic initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification in advertising, public relations, digital communication, media and communication, or related discipline.
• Sustained record and national recognition for high-quality research or scholarly practice.
• Proven capacity to lead research projects, secure funding, and supervise HDR candidates.
• Advanced expertise in one of three disciplinary profiles: Advertising and Creative Communication, Public Relations and Strategic Communication, or Digital Communication and Emerging Media.
• Excellent record of teaching performance, including face-to-face, blended, and online delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education for international candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex workloads.
• Minimum IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0 with no component less than 6.5.
• Must meet university and local regulatory requirements, including background checks and work permit eligibility.
