Plan and execute enterprise migration activities across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
Perform Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 to Google Workspace migrations.
Configure, migrate, and validate services including Gmail, Drive, Chat, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Assess environments to identify migration dependencies, data mapping, constraints, and risks.
Manage the full migration lifecycle from planning and testing to production cutover and post-migration stabilization.
Troubleshoot issues regarding email, files, permissions, authentication, and user accounts.
Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation.
Support identity and access tasks including Active Directory / Entra ID, authentication, and SSO.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
Monitor migration progress and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical blockers.
Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
Demonstrable experience with Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant or M365 to Google Workspace migration.
In-depth knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Chat, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency in migration tools, troubleshooting, data validation, and cutover procedures.
Good English communication and technical documentation skills.
