Design and build full‑stack features across our React/TypeScript frontend and Kotlin/Go/Rails backend ecosystems.
Implement robust API integrations following our BFF (Backend for Frontend) patterns.
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using our design system.
Write comprehensive tests and contribute to our strong CI/CD practices.
Contribute to user and system observability and monitoring, including being on‑call.
Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

5+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and hands‑on experience in React/React‑Native
Experience architecting full‑stack features end‑to‑end, including REST/gRPC API design
Experience with database and persistence layer design, including managing schema and data changes over time
Experience with user analytics and data transformation pipelines
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerisation
Experience writing comprehensive tests, working with CI/CD pipelines, and supporting automated deployment practices
Experience applying AI tooling and creating environments where agents can deliver solutions effectively
Strong communication skills in distributed, async teams and comfort moving across different languages and technology stacks
