• Translate the Domain strategic ambitions into an integrated roadmap for strategic execution, driving from shaping through to delivery.
• Lead multiple engineering teams across Domain to drive outcomes.
• Work closely with NAB Australia Technology, Risk team, business teams, and product owners to validate requirements before and after delivery through showcases and Day 2 production monitoring.
• Own the build and runtime of applications in production through active operational support, with a clearly defined support model involving engineers proficient in site reliability engineering.
• Own and lead cyber security updates, keeping software versions up to date and patching infrastructure every sprint.
• Oversee investment delivery across domain to maintain alignment between Domains, ensuring effective spend and providing insights on effectiveness and prioritisation.
• Bridge engineering excellence with Risk domain expertise while driving strategic technology outcomes.

• Proven capability in managing complex stakeholder relationships, supporting senior leaders to shape their thinking while facing challenging topics.
• Demonstrated track record of business execution and program delivery, with tenacity and resilience to navigate challenges while remaining on schedule.
• Practical communication skills to translate needs at a strategic and operational level internally and externally, making effective decisions and balancing client, business, and stakeholder needs.
• Gravitas in senior leadership forums across NAB, quickly securing the trust and respect of executive peers and stakeholders.
• Deep thought leadership that secures business leaders’ sponsorship to achieve business objectives.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence, including SLA ownership, security controls, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
