• Provide first‑line controls, compliance and risk assurance support to management of the aligned business.
• Drive risk and controls awareness and help business stakeholders meet risk and compliance obligations.
• Align with the Technology & Enterprise Operations (T&EO) Chief Operating Office and assist other parts of the T&EO division, including Enterprise Technology.
• Conduct operational risk impact assessment and manage changes within the Division.
• Monitor compliance obligations and support completion of obligation assessments.
• Advise business leaders on applying the operational risk and compliance management framework to evaluate risks and achieve business outcomes.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes using the risk and compliance framework.
• Work with the business to implement systems and controls that meet operational risk and compliance policy requirements.
• Profile risks, manage and report relevant risks and support metrics.
• Design controls to identify key controls that mitigate key risks and obligations.
• Support the business in completing compliance obligation assessments.
• Engage Enterprise Controls communities for expert assistance as appropriate.
• Provide business‑specific input to risk deep‑dive reviews, internal audit reviews, assurance reports and action plans for ineffective operational controls.
• Support design, maintenance and uplift of team processes, tools and methodologies.
• Proactively identify, drive and support continuous improvement of NAB controls assessment processes and toolsets.
• Participate in Enterprise Controls Communities of Practice.
• Produce reporting, analytics and insights.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by the People Leader or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam.

Yêu cầu

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology or business‑related discipline (or equivalent 1st Line of Defence risk and compliance experience).
• 5+ years’ experience in operational risk and compliance management.
• Thorough knowledge of risk management and compliance disciplines.
• Strong level of English proficiency.
• Proven experience operating effectively and delivering solutions in large complex organisations, working and influencing across teams and domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and analysis, and ability to work with senior stakeholder management.
• Exposure to documenting controls through design workshops, control reviews and/or process walkthroughs.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Time management and self‑starter who can work independently.
