• Work proactively in a team supporting a business area in its execution of risk management accountabilities.
• Conduct operational risk and impact assessment and manage change within the Division.
• Monitor compliance obligations and support completion of obligation assessments.
• Advise business leaders on applying the operational risk and compliance management framework to evaluate risks and achieve business outcomes.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders to implement and improve business systems and processes through the risk and compliance framework.
• Work with the business to implement systems and controls that meet operational risk and compliance policy requirements.
• Assist in risk profiling by identifying key risks and designing indicators to monitor, and inputting into Divisional Risk Setting Statements.
• Assist in designing controls to mitigate key risks and obligations in partnership with specialist controls.
• Provide guidance on risk and control items, including subject matter expertise for risks, obligations events, change, and related policies; develop remediation action plans; requisition management attestations; consolidate evidence at a sub‑divisional level; participate in risk management forums and committees as required.
• Develop and maintain compliance plans owned by the EGM in consultation with risk and compliance partners.
• Complete compliance obligations assessments.
• Engage relevant Enterprise Controls communities for expert assistance as appropriate.
• Provide business‑specific input and context to risk deep dive reviews, internal audit reviews, assurance reports, and action plans for ineffective operational controls.
• Uplift risk management maturity, culture, and practices.
• Assist in regulatory responses and regulatory engagement matters.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on scope and approach for testing of controls.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Yêu cầu

• 7+ years’ experience in technology risk management.
• Relevant risk and control/compliance certification.
• Experience in first line supporting a line of business for Technology and Operations functions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management and compliance disciplines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards desirable.
• Proven ability to perform in a high performing team.
• Broad understanding across key technology areas: IT Infrastructure & Platforms, Network & Connectivity, Cloud Technologies (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Applications & Software Systems, Software Development & DevOps, Databases & Data Platforms, Data Management & Privacy, Cybersecurity Operations, Endpoint & Workplace Technology, Third‑Party & Vendor Technology Risk, Enterprise Systems (ERP / Core Platforms), IT Operations & Change Management, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Emerging Technologies (AI, RPA, IoT), IT Governance & Compliance.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi‑task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to perform and coach within a high performing team.
• Practical approach to solving issues with strong commercial acumen.
• Exposure to the operations and/or technology teams and the challenges that they face.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence colleagues to take action to strengthen outcomes for colleague and customers.
• Senior stakeholder engagement.
