• Partner with business and domain stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements through data and analytics.
• Lead analytical initiatives to generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and outcomes.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Build and manage semantic data models, ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, reusable and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, standardise and govern KPI frameworks, business metrics and reporting definitions.
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives and executive‑ready insights for senior leaders.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency through appropriate validation, testing and control processes.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, trends and opportunities to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Contribute to Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, business rules and governance standards.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorised representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

Yêu cầu

• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI dashboard development, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Ability to query, reconcile and investigate complex data across multiple sources using SQL and analysis.
• Comfortable managing recurring weekly and monthly reporting, refreshes and production issues (reporting ownership).
• Strong focus on accuracy, validation, controls and consistent KPI definitions (data quality).
• Able to turn data into clear insights, risks and recommended actions, with a mindset for predictive analysis & reporting (executive insights).
• Confident working with business, finance, delivery and senior stakeholders (stakeholder management).
• Exposure to Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS or related platforms (modern data platforms).
• Ability to reduce manual reporting effort through automation and process improvement (automation).
• Hands‑on, accountable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently (working style).
