Trách nhiệm chính
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Analyze and understand the underlying business processes and objectives.
- Write comprehensive SDRDs detailing functional and technical requirements.
- Create FSDs that outline system functionalities and interactions.
- Engage in effective communication with clients, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Model business processes to identify improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong grasp of networks, databases, and other relevant technologies.
- Apply analytical thinking and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members, fostering adaptability and independent work.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in an IT Outsourcing Company.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven facilitation skills with experience in writing SDRDs and FSDs.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering and stakeholder analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business structures and process modeling.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Jira/Trello or related task management tools.
- Proactive and fast learner, able to adapt to high‑pressure work environments.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience working with Finance, Fintech Project is a plus.
- Good communication in English is a plus.

- Pay: 2,000₫ - 3,000₫ per month
