Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and comprehensive technical specifications, functional specifications, and design documents.
Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new features and system enhancements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architectural guidelines.
Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and project management.
Participate in the design, development, and execution of test plans to ensure quality standards.
Provide support during testing phases, including UAT, and assist in defect resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Fluent in English with effective communication skills for both technical and domain stakeholders.
Strong skills in functional analysis and documentation including SRS, flows, and use cases.
Good understanding of system integration and interface concepts.
