Design, build, and maintain shared backend capabilities supporting multiple products and bank/lender integrations.
Evolve the backend toward domain-aligned services and a scalable platform architecture.
Develop reusable platform services including customer/lender management, product configuration, and transaction orchestration.
Define versioned API and event contracts for efficient integration.
Enhance the integration layer for banks, lenders, payment providers, and merchants.
Ensure reliability, performance, and security of services through proper caching, monitoring, and audit trails.
Partner with Data Engineering to define reliable event contracts and data models.
Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional technical discovery and architecture initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of professional backend development experience including production systems.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and RESTful services.
Proven experience in distributed systems and platform service design.
Strong knowledge of relational database schema design and SQL optimization (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
Practical experience with microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Redis, and transaction patterns.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, production observability, and application security.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or other regulated industries.
Experience building integration platforms, API gateways, or developer platforms.
Experience integrating AI/ML services or LLM APIs.
Experience with infrastructure as code, GitOps, service mesh, or contract testing.
Professional English proficiency.
Prefer candidates born in 1996 or later.
