Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust AI solutions using various machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high‑quality AI‑powered products.
Conduct thorough data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance and ensure accuracy.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for their application.
Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical presentations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI model performance, scalability, and integration.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, Keras).
Demonstrated experience with various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, ensemble methods) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Strong problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and lead projects from conception to completion.
