- Build, support, and integrate Legal AI and automation solutions across core tools and platforms such as Chamelio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, OneTrust, and OPSWAT’s internal systems
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of production engineering experience, taking solutions from prototype to supported production
- Python required; TypeScript or C# a plus
- Experience with tested, maintainable services, APIs, relational and document data stores, CI/CD, and containers
- Successfully built and deployed production applications on LLM APIs using retrieval‑augmented generation, tool calling, and multi‑step agent workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop controls and structured outputs
- Built evaluation sets and quality metrics for LLM outputs and used them to gate releases
- Experience building document‑processing pipelines that parse, OCR, extract, classify, and structure information from contracts, policies, and other unstructured documents at enterprise scale
- Security fundamentals: authentication, authorization, secrets management, encryption, audit logging, and privacy‑by‑design practices
- Experience using agentic coding tools as a core part of development
- Ability to work effectively with non‑technical legal function, explain technical concepts clearly, and convert legal priorities into practical engineering solutions
- Fluent English; Vietnamese is an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant cloud, security, data, or AI engineering certifications
