About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Explore and build Agentic AI solutions, researching the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, and automation.
- Experiment with AI models and tools to solve business problems and build simple AI agents and workflows for multi‑step tasks.
- Connect AI models with APIs, databases, documents, and business tools, and evaluate outputs for accuracy, reliability, cost, and usability.
- Identify repetitive office tasks for automation or enhancement with AI, leading projects such as AI meeting assistant, research assistant, data analysis assistant, internal knowledge chatbot, KPI monitoring, workflow and document processing, and AI assistants for management.
- Support AI tools for merchants and front‑line teams, including merchant AI assistant, sales AI assistant, merchant insights, recommendation, customer service AI, churn detection, and AI‑powered sales & marketing content.
- Support basic AI/ML use cases such as merchant segmentation, sales forecasting, transaction analysis, recommendation models, scoring, and business performance analysis.
- Continuously test new AI tools and assess productivity improvements, creating demos for business teams.
Yêu cầu
- 0–3 years of experience in AI, Data, Technology, Product, Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong interest and hands‑on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
- Basic knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, ML, and automation.
- Basic Python and/or SQL skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Fast learner with a “build and experiment” mindset.
- Good English communication.
- Detail‑oriented, systematic, curious, and a team player.
- Eager to learn and willing to grow into a Product Analyst/Manager role.
