Lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.
Manage change and transformation among operating teams during the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma phase journey and FoF-Factory of Future Line organization.
Support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
Establish strong governance to review, control operational performance, and drive continuous improvement with a zero loss mindset.
Ensure compliance with all manufacturing standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Lead talent, capabilities, and engagement initiatives for the manufacturing team, attracting, retaining, and developing critical talent.
Partner with multi‑functional peers internally and externally to achieve objectives, goals, and KPIs.

Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with expertise in TPM, 5s, LEAN, and 6 sigma tools
Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team‑based environment
Engineering background with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving, and team building
