Plan, develop and execute capital projects supporting technical developments and feasibility perspectives of engineering‑related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution.
Ensure accurate budgets, plans and fit‑for‑purpose technical solutions are delivered by working with key stakeholders.
Develop capital budgets, forecast cash flow, implement engineering developments and standards, and support state‑of‑the‑art processes and equipment strategies.
Support capital project execution and be accountable for quality and results per Mondelēz standards.
Drive ongoing business and simplification, integrate site change management agenda, manage reprioritization, de‑complexity agenda, and support site productivity and improvement agenda.
Ensure execution of regional/global menu cards and manufacturing hurdle rates.
Support product supply assessment for manufacturing solutions for current supply and demand gaps within SEA sites.
Challenge existing systems and processes to drive cost effectiveness through supply chain simplification, de‑complexity and harmonization.
Pull together manufacturing road maps for each plant, develop optimal asset base, lowest landed cost sourcing options, and infrastructure.
Lead, coach and build capability of business development change coordinators and other key stakeholders.
Provide guidance to site BD teams to improve effectiveness of change processes, linking to PAM, Quality and RDQ.
Optimize plant scale and cost advantage of SEA BU plants by supporting growth of existing markets and seeking export customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 7 years experience in a food manufacturing plant.
Knowledgeable of best practices in the industry.
Plant operations functions, project management, inter‑company business.
Strong change management and business development experience.
Demonstrated capability to discuss, coordinate and negotiate with key project partners and cross‑functional team members (customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, others).
Exposure to benchmarking exercises.
