description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Chăm sóc các điểm bán kênh GT/TT (chợ truyền thống, cửa hàng tạp hóa) theo tuyến được phân công.
- Thăm viếng khoảng 30–35 khách hàng/ngày trong bán kính khoảng 35 km từ Kho/Depot.
- Trưng bày sản phẩm, kiểm tra hàng tồn và vệ sinh khu vực trưng bày tại điểm bán.
- Giới thiệu sản phẩm, tư vấn và thuyết phục khách hàng đặt hàng.
- Tổng hợp đơn hàng và chuyển đến Đại lý/NPP theo quy định.
- Thực hiện báo cáo công việc hằng ngày theo yêu cầu.
- Tuân thủ quy định về đồng phục, tác phong và quy trình làm việc của Ajinomoto.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Nam/Nữ từ 20–38 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên (Yêu cầu bằng cấp tối thiểu: Trung cấp).
- Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng, ưu tiên Sales GT/TT.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết phục khách hàng tốt.
- Có xe máy, bằng lái xe và điện thoại thông minh.
- Sẵn sàng di chuyển nhiều giữa các điểm bán.
- Tác phong gọn gàng, chuyên nghiệp; không xăm lộ, không nhuộm tóc sáng màu.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập từ 9 – 11 triệu đồng/tháng, chưa giới hạn theo năng lực.
- Lương cứng từ 10 - 13 triệu VNĐ/tháng.
- Hưởng hoa hồng doanh số sau thời gian thử việc, không giới hạn mức thưởng.
Phúc lợi
- Đầy đủ các khoản phụ cấp: công việc, nhà ở, xăng xe, điện thoại, cơm.
- Làm việc 5 ngày/tuần, hưởng đầy đủ chế độ OT.
- Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, bảo hiểm tai nạn và Công đoàn.
- Thưởng tháng 13, 12 ngày phép năm.
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hằng năm.
- Được cấp phát đồng phục, thẻ nhân viên và đào tạo nghiệp vụ.
Hình thức làm việc
