Trách nhiệm chính

Provide sales, marketing and operational support for chemicals, surface treatment chemicals and metal processing products.
Support existing customers, handle orders and customer requests.
Prepare export documents and support import procedures when necessary.
Handle applications and procedures for chemical compliance certificates and operating permits.
Liaise with suppliers, partners and vendors in compliance with the Chemical Law.
Conduct safety and quality checks for product handling in accordance with chemical regulations.
Monitor updates on chemical safety regulations, including SDS, and communicate relevant information internally.
Handle administrative audits and government inspections related to chemical management.
Provide cross-departmental support to General Affairs, Sales and other functions as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

College degree or higher in Chemistry.
Nationality: Vietnamese.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or above, with good communication and working skills.
At least 1 year of practical experience in handling or managing chemicals or surface treatment chemical products.
Good knowledge and hands‑on experience in chemical handling and management.
Familiar with preparing and submitting applications for Certificates of Eligibility and other chemical‑related compliance certificates.
Basic PC skills, including Excel and Word.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Age: 25 - 35.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in chemical manufacturing or trading companies is preferred.
Knowledge of chemical licensing/certifications and experience working for Japanese companies is an advantage.
3+ years of experience in chemical handling/management or surface treatment chemicals is preferred.
Chemical or surface treatment product sales experience is preferred.
Experience in successfully obtaining chemical‑related licenses and certificates is an advantage.
