Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing including filing, typing, and document preparation.
Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders.
Promote brand image awareness internally and externally.
Assemble and distribute promotional materials and information packages.
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
Manage sales-related software tasks including data entry, retrieval, and reconciliation of commissions and leads.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Assist guests with information regarding property facilities, services, rates, and promotions.
Maintain company standards for professional appearance, confidentiality, and quality assurance.
Support team goals and maintain positive working relationships.
Perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Yêu cầu công việc

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
