Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering technical support for RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, ABBYY, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and requests while adhering to client‑defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve automation‑related incidents and technical issues effectively.
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions following industry best practices and coding standards.
Document technical designs, workflows, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Stay updated on advancements in RPA tools, technologies, and methodologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have an IT development background or a bachelor's degree in information technology (or similar).
Must be able to speak English to a high business standard.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work with clients to understand requirements at a low level.
Experience in providing RPA support or maintenance for production environments.
Excellent professional presentation and communication skills and should be able to explain technical issues to non‑technical users.
Solutions‑focused and critical thinking skills.
Appetite to explore technical solutions that can be used to apply to solving problems.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

Experience in UiPath, ABBYY, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere with relevant certifications.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of Automation or RPA and other similar emerging technologies will be highly regarded.
