Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver personalized dining experiences.
Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and wine service, including presentation and etiquette.
Oversee wine service operations, including list development, pairings, inventory control, and storage.
Monitor operational costs, including labor, beverages, and supplies.
Handle guest feedback and complaints to ensure timely service recovery.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare work schedules, manage staffing levels, and conduct performance evaluations.
Support revenue optimization through upselling strategies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company sustainability guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at upscale or luxury hotels and restaurants.
Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.
Certified Sommelier or WSET Level 2 or above qualification.
Strong knowledge of wine service, wine pairing, beverage operations, and fine dining standards.
Proficiency in food and beverage terminology, operations, menu development, and inventory control.
Familiarity with food and hygiene codes, policies, and procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
