Analyze market data, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and maintain insights in collaboration with sales.
Translate global segment strategies, research, and customer requirements into detailed country-level and regional marketing plans.
Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns, communication plans, and new product launch promotions in alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage regional digital tools content, analyze performance, and oversee localized marketing materials.
Support Marketing & Pricing Excellence programs and contribute to industry media plans and story development.
Partner with sales to track projects via CRM, support key sales activities, and coordinate event presence including presentations and scripts.
Participate in product lifecycle reviews and champion improvement initiatives with R&D and product management.
Maintain technical product knowledge, monitor industry trends, and prepare summaries for management.
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, HSE standards, and applicable regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills with solid business and financial acumen.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
Experience working in a multinational environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
