Develop and drive QA strategies for multiple teams or the entire organization in alignment with the Japan QA organization.
Manage and develop team members, ensuring high performance and professional expertise.
Identify organizational challenges and implement continuous improvement measures.
Communicate closely with development teams and management to ensure QA processes are integrated organizationally.
Provide stakeholders with continuous updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Manage resources and drive recruitment activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in web and/or mobile application environments.
Minimum 2+ years of experience leading QA Engineers with demonstrated capability in team leadership, resource planning, performance management, team well-being, and career development.
Mastery of QA methodologies, relevant tools, and Web/Mobile development processes.
High proficiency in problem solving and implementing effective solutions.
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above for documentation and communication.
Pre-intermediate English proficiency.
