Support the Project Lead/Manager in developing work plans and tracking the progress of Zalo Video campaigns and projects.
Gather information and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration among Partnership (PNS), Product, Engineering (Tech), Content, and other relevant teams.
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Collect operational data and prepare weekly/monthly reports, as well as post‑campaign performance reports.
Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); assist in resolving operational issues under the Manager’s guidance.
Support the planning and execution of both online and offline marketing projects for Zalo Video.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a similar role, such as Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or Product Assistant.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across different functions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, and familiar with—or a frequent user of—short‑form video platforms.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based at the VNG Campus, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
