Own and optimize ad monetization logic end-to-end, including ad placement, frequency rules, ad-flow, and ad-serving scripts.
Manage ad mediation platforms (AdMob Mediation, AppLovin MAX, ironSource/Unity LevelPlay) and tune waterfalls and in-app bidding.
Run structured A/B tests on waterfalls, placements, formats, and frequency to maximize eCPM, ARPDAU, and LTV.
Monitor core ad KPIs (eCPM, fill rate, show rate, etc.) and troubleshoot ad-serving issues or reporting discrepancies.
Optimize IAP and subscription performance, including pricing, packages, paywall placement, and conversion rates.
Design liveops and retention mechanics to lift revenue while balancing IAA and IAP strategies.
Analyze performance data using Firebase, Google Analytics/GA4, BigQuery/SQL, and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
Manage ad-network relationships (Google AdMob, Meta, Unity, etc.) and perform market/competitor research.

1–3 years of experience in mobile app monetization with a focus on IAA in hybrid models.
Hands-on experience with ad mediation platforms and waterfall/in-app bidding setup.
Solid understanding of ad formats (interstitial, rewarded, banner, native, app-open) and revenue-vs-UX trade-offs.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, GA4) and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
Bachelor's or College degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Mathematics, or Economics.
