Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns about the safety, security, and stability of their IT systems.
Survey and identify problems in customers’ systems, and proactively propose solutions.
Communicate and public‑relate the value of AT&A’s services to customers.
Support sellers in capturing customer needs, surveying systems, drafting technical proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Assist sellers in connecting, caring for, and negotiating with customers.
Participate in customer meetings as a strategy consultant.
Perform technical work within the scope of the “Quỹ chia sẻ” fund.
Create articles or videos to communicate the company’s value on official channels such as the website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Yêu cầu công việc

3 years minimum as a consultant or architect in the IT field
2 years minimum experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, DevOps, or Information security
Presale experience preferred
Experience working in the Myanmar market preferred
Positive thinking and proactive, dedicated work attitude
Ready for business trips to Vietnam and Myanmar
Problem‑solving skills
Good consulting skills
Strong communication skills, especially in English
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Total income per year before tax: 24,000 USD (12 months salary + 8 months bonus).
