description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Thực hiện nhập khẩu nguyên liệu sản xuất, xuất khẩu nguyên liệu vào khu chế xuất thuê gia công lại.
- Nhập khẩu sản phẩm đã gia công từ khu chế xuất và xuất khẩu sản phẩm hoàn chỉnh.
- Xử lý bộ chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu: Invoice, Packing list, Contract.
- Book container và theo dõi lịch trình hàng hóa đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Khai báo hải quan điện tử trên phần mềm ECUS5 và làm việc với cơ quan hải quan.
- Quản lý số lượng tồn, theo dõi nhập-xuất-tồn linh kiện, điều chỉnh định mức.
- Tính toán số liệu làm C/O form E, VJ và hồ sơ hoàn thuế nhập khẩu.
- Thực hiện thanh toán, báo cáo và lưu trữ hồ sơ cuối tháng.
- Phối hợp xây dựng quy trình và đề xuất cải tiến trong công việc.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Thuế, Hải quan.
- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực XNK.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trình độ trung cấp.
- Có kinh nghiệm khai báo hải quan.
- Tư duy logic và kỹ năng Excel khá tốt.
- Tính cách chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ và chịu được áp lực cao.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về loại hình sản xuất xuất khẩu hoặc gia công.
Mức lương
- Mức lương từ 10.000.000 đến 15.000.000 VNĐ.

- Phụ cấp chuyên cần, phụ cấp gia đình và phụ cấp nuôi con nhỏ.
- Tăng lương vào tháng 1 hàng năm dựa trên kết quả đánh giá.
- Công ty chuẩn bị phần ăn trưa và phụ cấp bữa ăn nhẹ.
- Có xe đưa đón nhân viên tại TP. HCM.
Hình thức làm việc
- Thời gian làm việc từ 08:00 đến 17:00, thứ 2 đến thứ 6 và thứ 7 nghỉ cách tuần.
- Địa điểm làm việc tại KCN Long Hậu, Long An (liền kề huyện Nhà Bè, TP. HCM).
