description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Biên tập, cắt dựng video cho các kênh TikTok, Facebook, YouTube và livestream.
- Phối hợp với team Marketing, Content, KOL/KOC sản xuất nội dung về tài chính, đầu tư và thương hiệu.
- Thực hiện quay video, chụp hình cho các chiến dịch truyền thông.
- Chỉnh sửa hình ảnh, âm thanh, hiệu ứng và phụ đề sáng tạo phù hợp với từng nền tảng.
- Thiết kế hiệu ứng motion graphic cơ bản bằng After Effects.
- Setup và vận hành OBS hoặc các phần mềm livestream.
- Chuẩn bị và vận hành thiết bị quay dựng như máy ảnh, máy quay, micro, ánh sáng.
- Tối ưu hóa video theo thuật toán của từng nền tảng mạng xã hội.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ và sắp xếp hệ thống file video.
- Đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất theo kế hoạch truyền thông.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Video Editor hoặc tương đương.
- Thành thạo phần mềm Adobe Premiere.
- Biết sử dụng After Effects để tạo hiệu ứng motion hoặc animation cơ bản.
- Bắt buộc biết setup và vận hành OBS hoặc phần mềm livestream.
- Sử dụng thành thạo máy ảnh, máy quay và các thiết bị quay dựng cơ bản.
- Có tư duy hình ảnh tốt, khả năng sáng tạo nội dung và bắt trend nhanh.
- Hiểu cách tối ưu hóa video cho TikTok, Facebook, YouTube.
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt, chủ động và đảm bảo deadline.
- Yêu cầu bằng cấp tối thiểu là chứng chỉ chuyên ngành.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Có portfolio hoặc các sản phẩm video đã thực hiện.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tài chính, fintech hoặc các ngành nội dung chuyên môn cao.
