description About This Job

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Dựa vào bản vẽ kỹ thuật để bóc tách khối lượng nguyên vật liệu, vật tư và phụ kiện cho các hạng mục nội thất (đồ gỗ, thạch cao, sơn bả, nề, rèm, giấy, phụ kiện đồ gỗ).
  • Đối chiếu khối lượng bóc tách với bộ phận kỹ thuật để thống nhất số lượng trước khi mua hàng.
  • Hoàn thiện, sắp xếp và lưu trữ hồ sơ bóc tách khối lượng theo yêu cầu.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp trở lên.
  • Sử dụng kỹ năng Excel tốt.
  • Am hiểu về các loại vật liệu đồ gỗ nội thất và phụ kiện đi kèm.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Có khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật cơ bản là một lợi thế.

Mức lương

  • Thu nhập từ 8.000.000 đến 11.000.000 VNĐ/tháng, thỏa thuận theo năng lực.

  • Nghỉ trung bình 2 thứ 7/tháng và các ngày chủ nhật.
  • Hưởng thưởng đánh giá hàng tháng và thưởng tháng 13 (thưởng Tết).
