description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Quản lý hoạt động của line lắp ráp linh kiện.
- Kiểm tra và theo dõi công đoạn sản xuất.
- Phân tích và điều tra nguyên nhân lỗi sản phẩm.
- Triển khai cải tiến công đoạn và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.
- Quản lý công nhân trong công đoạn.
- Theo dõi kế hoạch vận hành máy.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hóa được sản xuất.
- Tổng hợp số liệu và lập báo cáo sản xuất.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý line hoặc công đoạn sản xuất.
- Yêu cầu tiếng Nhật N3.
- Sử dụng tốt Microsoft Office, Word, Excel và email.
- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca 12 giờ và xoay ca theo tuần.
- Chăm chỉ, có trách nhiệm và mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc hoặc tu nghiệp trong lĩnh vực lắp ráp thiết bị y tế, điện tử hoặc linh kiện.
Mức lương
- Mức lương: 9.000.000 – 13.000.000 VNĐ/tháng.
Phúc lợi
- Tăng ca sau 17:00 được tính 150% lương.
- Làm việc vào ngày nghỉ được tính 200% lương.
- BHXH và tăng ca được tính trên lương cơ bản cộng phụ cấp trách nhiệm.
- Phụ cấp nhà trọ, đi lại và thâm niên.
- Tham gia BHXH, BHYT theo quy định.
- Xét tăng lương sau tối thiểu sáu tháng làm việc.
- Có cơ hội thăng tiến theo năng lực.
Hình thức làm việc
- Làm việc theo ca 12 giờ/ngày, xoay ca tuần.
- Ca ngày: 08:00 - 20:00; Ca đêm: 20:00 - 06:00 hoặc 08:00.
- Làm việc 24 ngày/tháng, có hai ngày nghỉ thứ Bảy mỗi tháng.
- Địa điểm: KCN VSIP 2, Bình Dương.
