Trách nhiệm chính

  • Di chuyển bằng xe máy đến các cửa hàng tạp hóa, quán ăn, quán nước theo tuyến được phân công.
  • Chăm sóc, duy trì khách hàng cũ và ghi nhận đơn hàng.
  • Tìm kiếm, mở rộng khách hàng mới.
  • Thực hiện chỉ tiêu doanh số và chăm sóc trung bình 25 điểm bán mỗi ngày.
  • Sử dụng vi tính cơ bản để thực hiện các báo cáo công việc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
  • Độ tuổi dưới 40.
  • Có khả năng di chuyển thị trường bằng xe máy.
  • Chăm chỉ, chịu khó, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và tinh thần bán hàng.
  • Sử dụng được vi tính cơ bản.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

  • Có kinh nghiệm Sales thị trường hoặc FMCG là một lợi thế.

Mức lương

  • Lương cơ bản: 7.000.000đ/tháng.
  • Thưởng KPI: 3.000.000đ/tháng dựa trên kết quả thực tế.
  • Phụ cấp: 1.500.000đ.

Phúc lợi

  • Được hưởng 100% lương và thưởng theo thực đạt ngay trong 2 tháng thử việc.
  • Được hỗ trợ bảo hiểm trong 2 tháng thử việc.
  • Ký hợp đồng lao động chính thức với Công ty Green Speed.
  • Tham gia đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo quy định.
  • Được hưởng 12 ngày phép mỗi năm.
  • Thưởng các dịp lễ, Tết theo quy định của công ty.
  • Có hỗ trợ/chở hàng theo tuyến.

Hình thức làm việc

  • Làm việc toàn thời gian tại thị trường Hồ Chí Minh.

  • Yêu cầu bằng cấp tối thiểu: Trung cấp.
  • Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/Nữ.
  • Thời gian thử việc: 2 tháng.
