description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Tư vấn cho khách hàng các sản phẩm qua kênh online (Facebook, Zalo, website) và offline (showroom).
- Kết hợp thu hồi công nợ, theo dõi quy trình giao hàng và lắp đặt.
- Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng trên phần mềm CRM.
- Thực hiện báo cáo tình hình bán hàng và bàn giao ca trực.
- Phối hợp với đội kỹ thuật và vận hành để tối ưu trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Tham gia tư vấn, truyền thông cho khách hàng trong các chương trình và sự kiện của công ty.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ hoặc theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp từ Trung cấp trở lên.
- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh hoặc tư vấn bán hàng.
- Giọng nói rõ ràng, thái độ làm việc thân thiện.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
- Có tinh thần kỷ luật, trung thực và trách nhiệm cao.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập cạnh tranh theo năng lực: lương cứng (thỏa thuận theo năng lực) + các khoản hỗ trợ + thưởng doanh số bán hàng (tháng, quý, năm).
