description 직무 소개
Trách nhiệm chính
- Chăm sóc, tư vấn và chốt đơn khách hàng theo tập danh sách có sẵn.
- Tư vấn sản phẩm, lập báo giá và hoàn tất đơn hàng.
- Đàm phán giá cả, ký kết và theo dõi quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng.
- Phối hợp theo dõi đơn hàng để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng tiến độ.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các phản hồi, khiếu nại từ phía khách hàng.
- Thực hiện chỉ tiêu doanh số được giao theo kế hoạch.
- Báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh và tình hình thị trường định kỳ.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học các ngành Quản trị Kinh doanh, Marketing, Kinh tế, Thương mại hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.
- Ứng viên cần trung thực, cẩn thận, trách nhiệm và chủ động trong công việc.
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, công ty sẵn sàng đào tạo nếu có tố chất kinh doanh.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp trình độ từ Trung cấp trở lên.
Mức lương
- Thu nhập từ 9.000.000 đến 25.000.000 đồng/tháng (Gross).
- Cấu trúc lương gồm: lương cứng, hoa hồng và thưởng KPI.
