description About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Thiết lập, vận hành và quản lý các chiến dịch Facebook Ads dựa trên ngân sách được phân bổ.
- Theo dõi tình trạng chiến dịch, ngân sách, tài khoản quảng cáo và hiệu quả từng mẫu quảng cáo.
- Phân tích dữ liệu để điều chỉnh ngân sách, tắt chiến dịch hoặc nhân rộng mẫu hiệu quả.
- Chủ động phát hiện vấn đề và đề xuất phương án cải thiện doanh thu, chi phí.
- Chỉnh sửa, thiết kế lại hình ảnh/video từ bộ phận Media để phục vụ chạy quảng cáo và tạo biến thể cho việc testing.
- Báo cáo kết quả quảng cáo theo ngày/tuần/tháng.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Có ít nhất 06 tháng kinh nghiệm chạy Facebook Ads.
- Trình độ học vấn tối thiểu: Cao đẳng.
- Có tư duy tốt về chi phí và doanh thu.
- Có khả năng phân tích số liệu quảng cáo để đưa ra quyết định.
- Có gu thẩm mỹ, kỹ năng thiết kế và chỉnh sửa ảnh/video.
- Thành thạo Canva, CapCut hoặc công cụ tương đương.
- Có tư duy sáng tạo, chủ động và trách nhiệm cao với công việc.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng quản lý ngân sách quảng cáo lớn.
Mức lương
- Lương khởi điểm từ 7.000.000 đến 9.000.000 VND cộng thưởng doanh thu.
- Tổng thu nhập thực tế dự kiến từ 20.000.000 đến 30.000.000 VND.

- Thưởng lợi nhuận năm từ 1 đến 3 tháng lương.
- Được xét duyệt năng lực hàng năm.
- Được đào tạo chi tiết khi mới vào làm và đào tạo nâng cao chuyên môn.
