Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in IT, with strong focus on IT maintenance and operations
Good communication in English (Intermediate level)
Good IT skill and knowledge of PC, Server (Windows OS is main, Linux is a plus) OR good IT skill and knowledge of Network equipment (Router, Switch, Firewall and etc)
Solid understanding of PABX, Access Control, Security Camera, Cabling (LAN/Tel), Power (Electricity), Virtualization, Cloud, SDWan, Operation Work (Monitoring, helpdesk or etc), IP-VPN and Internet VPN, WAN design including Leased line, MPLS and etc
