Rigorous Screening: Critically vet potential advisors to evaluate their relevance and capability to resolve specific client inquiries with quality assurance.
Strategic Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking to execute rapid industry assessments, identifying leading specialists equipped with exact background knowledge.
Persuasive Communication: Engage prospective advisors across telephone and digital touchpoints to verify domain expertise before facilitating client introductions.
Knowledge Brokering: Serve as an essential connection hub between premier international clients and specialized Japanese and Korean domain experts.
Project Execution: Manage concurrent engagements while sharpening essential capabilities in client persuasion, task prioritization, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder dialogue.
Client Orientation: Maintain a dedicated service focus to consistently surpass client expectations and offer meaningful strategic insight.

Yêu cầu công việc

0-3 years of experience in client service, account management, research, or related entry-level roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in any discipline
Fluency in Japanese or Korean (written & spoken); intermediate in English
Strong communication, interpersonal, research, critical thinking, and organizational skills
