Provide logistics and administrative support for MEL team workshops, including venue booking, participant communications, and support materials.
Assist in the production and distribution of M&E tools such as surveys to stakeholders.
Support the preparation and dissemination of M&E performance reports, briefs, and other outputs.
Update databases and user dashboards, archive records, and perform other digital tasks as directed.
Assist MEL Specialists in developing work plans, activity designs, and concept notes.
Handle procurement requests and financial documentation.
Maintain project records, databases, reports, and decision logs.
Contribute to MEL planning, Aus4Growth learning events, data analysis, report formatting, and virtual communications.
Follow up on M&E tasks to support the MEL Unit in meeting all requirements efficiently.
Perform other tasks as required by the MEL Unit Lead.

Yêu cầu công việc

Relevant degree or certification in project management/administration.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a donor funded program.
Proven experience in project support, administration, or coordination roles.
Efficient task management, attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication; active listening.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage conflicting priorities.
Fluent English and Vietnamese language proficiency.
Vietnamese citizenship.
Full‑time employee, maximum‑term contract until January 31st 2028.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam.
